Overlooking the port of Shodoshima, “shimahaku / shimameshi / shimayu” opens on September 20, 2026.
Some discover the island through a soak in the hot spring;
others through a meal that tells of the land; others still, through the quiet rhythms of an overnight stay.
To welcome every starting point, we have opened three entrances: the hotel “shimahaku,” the restaurant “shimameshi,” and the onsen “shimayu.”
Reservations for the hotel “shimahaku” are now open.
